As we march towards our 80th Independence Day, St. John’s Diocesan Girls’ Higher Secondary School is embracing the spirit of #HarGharTiranga with a week-long celebration from 10th to 15th August, filled with activities that inspire our students to remember, reflect and celebrate the story of our nation.
Today, we proudly began our celebrations with our school coming alive in the colours of patriotism. Our students decorated the campus with posters, inspiring slogans and powerful words from our freedom fighters, transforming our walls into reminders of the courage, sacrifice and dreams that shaped our India.
The celebrations also stepped beyond our school gates as our students participated enthusiastically in the Har Ghar Tiranga Rally.
Throughout the week, our students will participate in various activities designed to deepen their understanding of India’s freedom movement and nurture a strong sense of national pride. This is more than a celebration of a flag.
It is a celebration of the people, stories, sacrifices and values that the Tricolour represents.
Let our young minds carry the Tiranga not merely in their hands, but in their hearts.
Jai Hind!
